How do I position or install this product?

The product photos show a simple installation guide. An arrow or drawing serves as your instructions. It is actually very simple. If you wish, you can also add a tube of engine silicone sealant from the bottom of the page to perfect the sealing of the installation.

A warning light comes on, what should I do?

On recent engines (generally 2004 and later), a warning light may come on in the dashboard or the vehicle may switch to limp mode. An electronic intervention may therefore sometimes be needed to pair an electronic delete with this mechanical delete.

Why delete the EGR valve?

Always with the aim of gaining power and better engine efficiency. We develop and sell parts for motorsport and engine performance. The EGR valve recirculates part of the exhaust gas into the intake to reduce the amount of nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust, which contribute to atmospheric ozone pollution and to fine particulate precursors. Beyond fouling the engine and producing clouds of black smoke, this technique leans out the air/fuel mixture. By adding exhaust gas to fresh air, the vehicle becomes sluggish. By blocking the EGR valve, you improve the quality of the combustion mixture. You therefore increase engine efficiency and torque. As a result, your vehicle will be more powerful and have more torque. Ideal for gaining a few hundredths at the start of races.
