3″ air intake system for MK2 VW Tiguan 2.0T B-cycle, 8V.2 Audi A3, MK3 Audi TT and MK2 Audi Q3 1.8T EA888GEN3.B and 2.0T EA888GEN3.B! This is the largest air inlet available and is ideal for tuned vehicles that require additional airflow.
The OEM air inlet works together with our air box to seamlessly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our 3-inch high-flow air filter, which uses an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our 3-inch CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube allows cold air to enter smoothly directly into the engine, minimizing turbulence caused by unnecessary connections. All components included in the CTS air intake system work perfectly together to deliver increased power and torque across the entire power band and an aggressive, race-inspired sound.
Peak power gains range from 8 to 10 hp on a stock vehicle. We recommend disabling your Soundaktor (noise amplifier) to fully enjoy the true sound of your engine and eliminate the excessive drone caused by the device.
