The intercooler high-performance WAGNERTUNING features a new motorsport core design (thin tube) measuring 315 mm x 227 [142] mm x 165 [150] mm. This corresponds to a net external volume of 11.4 liters. The WagnerTuning Motorsport intercooler for the Renault Megane 4RS offers a frontal inlet area 6% larger and 47% more external core volume compared to the original intercooler.

The cast aluminum end tanks were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. This kit is therefore ideal for motorsport, for example. Optimal cooling of the charge air with a significant performance gain!

An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, ensuring a permanent and optimal cooling effect. Installation uses the original mounting points and is easy to carry out (plug and play). All our products undergo constant quality control.
