Our high-performance intercooler was specially developed for the demanding 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 engine (VW EA839) of Audi RS4/RS5 models. It replaces the standard water-cooled intercooler and offers a multitude of advantages.

With our new high-performance core measuring 222 mm x 200 mm x 120 mm, we have increased the external core volume by an impressive 185%. Thanks to the optimal ratio between internal and external cooling surfaces, we ensure maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. The aluminum cast end tanks were designed in CAD and refined using CFD simulations. The result is exceptional cooling properties with minimal back pressure. Our high-performance intercooler is therefore also ideal for motorsport and ensures optimal cooling of the charge air with a significant performance gain.
