Hurricane Exhaust designs and builds its systems in Lübeck, Germany. Every system is hand-welded and offers precise fitment and a careful finish. What makes the difference:

Hurricane 3.5" system for BMW F23 M235i Convertible 326 hp

Developed specifically for the BMW F23 M235i Convertible 326 hp, this Hurricane system gives the engine a much stronger voice: fierce under acceleration, relaxed on the motorway, with no drone. The optimised routing improves exhaust flow and throttle response. It weighs 19 kg, 2 kg lighter than the factory system.

The valve system

The system features 1 valve, CNC-machined and maintenance-free.

• Hurricane control module with ECE approval: the valves are controlled according to engine speed and road speed. They are open from 0 to 20 km/h and from 80 km/h upwards. The module delivers the maximum permitted sound while staying within the approval.
• Factory control module retained: the valves remain controlled by the vehicle's factory management (drive modes), with no additional unit.

Choosing your options

The system is configured with 2 options. The price of each combination adjusts automatically.

1. Tailpipes

• Without tailpipes: the system is sold bare, without tailpipes. This choice is for customers who already own compatible Hurricane tailpipes; the system cannot be fitted without tailpipes.

Tailpipe choice is purely aesthetic: diameter, shape and finish according to the desired style. All tailpipes offered here are designed for this system.

2. Valve control module

• Factory control module retained: the valves remain controlled by the factory electronics, at no extra cost.
• Hurricane control module with ECE approval: required to benefit from the approval and drive on public roads.
