Accurately specify the bolt length under head, the bolt seat shape and the thread.
The seat shape, i.e. the seat of the bolt or stud, is very important.
There are 2 main categories of seat shape:
Conical (cone-shaped)
Ball seat (like a half sphere).
Most aftermarket wheels, i.e. non-OEM, must be installed with conical seat bolts or nuts.
The length under head is determined by the thickness of the wheel spacer fitted. For example, if the original length under head is 37mm and you fit a 20mm spacer, you can use a length under head of 57mm. For more information, contact customer service.
