PADXPRESS - HEADLIGHT RESTORER Mecacyl

All-in-one headlight restoration kit. Drill backing plate included in the kit.

Over time, your headlights oxidize, turn yellow and no longer light as they should, which reduces driving ease when conditions require using the headlights.

Our Headlight Restorer eliminates the hassle caused by poor headlight condition.

The strong deoxidizing properties of our product make it the ideal solution to bring your lenses back to life effortlessly, as it requires no prior sanding or varnish application.

Prerequisites:

• The surface to treat (windshield, porthole, headlight) must be clean and dry
• Use the backing plate supplied (Ø 80 mm) to attach the pad to the polisher or drill
• To remove deep scratches or for varnished polycarbonate headlights, it is recommended to pre-sand the area with 3000 grit wet abrasive (protecting sensitive areas)

Instructions:

1. Position the pad on the polisher or drill and select a maximum working speed of 1500 rpm.
2. Place the pad on the headlight or lens to be treated, once it is clean and dry.
3. Apply vertical pressure on the pad (brief pulse) to release the product from its reservoir and work with slow movements
4. To dispense more product, stop the polisher or drill, apply vertical pressure again on the pad (brief pulse) and reapply with slow, steady movements
5. Once the desired clarity is achieved, dry the headlight or lens with a clean microfiber cloth
