LOCTITE 243 is a medium-strength blue threadlocker that seals and secures nuts, bolts and studs to prevent loosening caused by shocks or vibration.
LOCTITE® 243 is a versatile threadlocker offering medium-strength bonding. It works effectively on all metals, including passive substrates such as stainless steel, aluminum and plated surfaces. It is designed to tolerate light contamination by industrial oils (e.g., engine oil, rust preventives or cutting fluids).
Prevents loosening of assemblies subject to vibration, such as pump screws, gearbox housing bolts or press machines
