The seat shape of the bolt or nut is very important.
There are 2 main categories of seat shape:
Conical (a cone-shaped seat)
Spherical (like a half-ball).
Most aftermarket wheels, i.e. NOT original equipment, must be installed with conical seat bolts or nuts.
The length under head is determined by the thickness of the spacer installed. For example, if you have a length under head of 37mm from the factory and you install a 20mm thick spacer, you may use a length under head of 57mm. For more information, contact customer service.
