Precisely define the under-head length of the bolts, the bolt shape, and the thread.
The seat shape, meaning the seating surface of the bolt or nut, is very important.
There are 2 main seat types:
Conical (cone shape)
Spherical (like a half ball).
Most aftermarket wheels, i.e. NOT original, must be installed with conical seat bolts or nuts.
The under-head length is determined by the thickness of the spacer fitted. For example, if you have an original under-head length of 37mm and you fit a 20mm thick spacer, you can use an under-head length of 57mm. More information available from customer service.
