Specify precisely the length under head of the bolts, the bolt shape, and the thread.
The seat shape, i.e. the seat of the bolt or nut, is very important.
There are 2 main categories of seat shape:
Conical (cone-shaped)
Spherical (like a half ball).
Most aftermarket wheels, i.e. NOT OEM, must be fitted with lug bolts or nuts with conical seats.
The length under head is determined by the thickness of the wheel spacer fitted. For example, if the original length under head is 37mm and you fit a 20mm thick spacer, you can use a length under head of 57mm. More information is available from customer service.
