The seat shape, i.e. the shape of the bolt or nut seat, is very important.
There are 2 main categories of seat shape:
Conical (cone-shaped)
Spherical (like a half ball).
Most aftermarket wheels, i.e. NON-original, must be fitted with conical seat bolts or nuts.
The length under head is determined by the thickness of the spacer fitted. For example, if the original length under head is 37mm and you fit a 20mm thick spacer, you may use a length under head of 57mm. For more information, contact customer service.
