The seat shape of the bolt or nut is very important.
There are 2 main categories of seat shape:
Conical (cone-shaped)
Ball seat (like a half sphere).
Most aftermarket wheels, i.e. NOT original equipment, must be installed with conical seat bolts or nuts.
Length under head is determined by the thickness of the wheel spacer fitted. For example, if the original length under head is 37 mm and you fit a 20 mm thick wheel spacer, you can use a length under head of 57 mm. For more information, please contact customer service.
