A bit of technical background:
The EGR valve is an engine component that recirculates part of the exhaust gas back into the intake, where it is burned a second time.
This technique fouls the intake manifold and causes engine problems.
The kits and plates sold on dynaparts.fr allow you to block, delete or restrict EGR valves, which can reduce or eliminate related issues, either curatively or preventively. Note: on recent engines, a warning light may come on in the dashboard, or the vehicle may switch to limp mode (depending on vehicle make or year of registration). An electronic intervention may therefore sometimes be needed to combine an electronic delete with this mechanical delete. Our products are developed on the vehicles' valves and fit without major modification. To make your choice, if in doubt, compare the photos of our kits with the valve fitted on your vehicle, or refer to the list of compatible engines.
