How do I position/install this product?

The product photos show a simple installation guide. An arrow or drawing guides you and serves as instructions. It's actually very simple. If you wish, you will also find an engine silicone tube at the bottom of the page to improve sealing of the installation.

A warning light comes on, what should I do?

On recent engines (generally 2004 and newer), a warning light may come on in the dashboard or the vehicle may switch to limp mode. An electronic intervention may therefore sometimes be needed to pair an electronic delete with this mechanical delete.

Why delete the EGR valve?

Always with the aim of gaining power and engine efficiency. We develop and sell parts for motorsport and engine performance. The EGR valve recirculates part of the exhaust gases into the intake to reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust, which contribute to atmospheric ozone pollution and fine particle precursors. Beyond clogging the engine and creating clouds of black smoke, this technique leans out the air/fuel mixture. Adding exhaust gas to fresh air makes the vehicle sluggish. By blocking the EGR valve, you improve the quality of the combustion mixture. You therefore increase engine efficiency and torque. Your vehicle will be more powerful with more torque. Ideal for gaining a few hundredths at the start of a race.
