The D760-0048 is a closed/sealed intake system, which allows for minimal sound gain. For those who already own the closed system (D760-0048) but prefer more sound without buying a brand-new semi-open intake kit (D760-0048-A), you can order the retrofit kit (vented cover only) separately for $179.95.
