The CTS Turbo 3.5" stainless steel downpipe CTS-EXH-DP-0015 is specifically designed for the MQB AWD platforms: Volkswagen Golf R / Golf AWD and Audi A3/S3/TT/TTS Quattro. Designed for engine performance tuning and Stage 2 setups, this performance downpipe improves exhaust gas flow, drastically reduces the factory restrictions and lets you make the most of an ECU tune and a performance exhaust system.

Technical features of the CTS Turbo downpipe

  • Seamless T304 stainless steel tubing in 3.5" diameter from the turbo outlet, for a maximum flow rate of exhaust gases.
  • CNC-machined T304 stainless steel flanges at the turbo outlet (turbine discharge flange), ensuring a precise fit and optimal sealing.
  • 100% TIG welding for excellent mechanical strength and a high-end finish.
  • Mandrel bends ensuring a consistent diameter and smooth transitions, without crushing.
  • T304 stainless O2 sensor bung integrated, to keep the OEM sensors in place.
  • Stainless steel Torca Accuseal clamps included, for a sealed and durable installation.
  • Modular design allowing a high-flow catalytic converter to be easily added if needed, thanks to the line configuration.
  • Sporty sound that remains pleasant even with the factory exhaust, with no annoying drone at steady cruising speed.

  • Audi A3 8V Quattro (2015 to 2020, incl. facelift).
  • Audi S3 8V Quattro (2015 to 2020, incl. facelift).
  • Audi TT 8S Quattro (from 2015).
  • Audi TTS 8S Quattro (from 2015).

Important note: installing this decat / racing downpipe will trigger a check engine light (CEL) if no software adaptation is performed. A Stage 2 ECU map or dedicated software is required to clear the fault code and optimize performance.
