Parts ready to ship immediately
Efficiency starts with our own warehouse. When viewing a product page, look for this key status:
In stock: Good news! The part is physically on hand at our facility in Pessac. If you order before the shipping cutoff time, your package ships the same day. The date displayed reflects the fastest carrier's transit time.
Just-in-time supply and incoming restocks
Thanks to our connected network, we let you know as soon as a part is moving through the global supply chain:
Restock already in progress: An order has already been placed with our supplier. The date displayed includes the time needed to receive it at our warehouse, followed by immediate shipping to you.
In stock at manufacturer: The product is available from our partner manufacturer. The estimate accounts for transport from the factory to us, then final delivery to your shop.
Planning ahead and made-to-order parts
Some high-performance or highly specific parts require patience. Our system lets you secure a priority position:
Estimated restock lead time: A smart estimate based on our usual ordering cycles and the average lead times observed with the manufacturer concerned.
Added to the next production schedule: The part is temporarily out of stock at the factory. By completing your order, you ensure you are given priority as soon as production resumes and the restock arrives.
