Supertech valve spring and titanium retainer kit to safely raise the rev limit of Audi EA837 3.0T (supercharged) and EA839 2.9T/3.0T (twin-turbo) engines beyond 7,200-7,600 rpm.

• Premium chrome-silicon-vanadium steel springs, increased rate
• Grade 6AL4V titanium retainers for weight reduction and reduced valve float
• Permitted rev limit up to 8,000 rpm (briefly 8,500 rpm on hydraulic lifters)

Spring data: seat pressure 73 lbs @ 38.60 mm (intake) / 85 lbs @ 37.20 mm (exhaust); open pressure 178 lbs @ 10 mm (intake) / 190 lbs @ 10 mm (exhaust); maximum lift 12.50 mm (intake) / 11.00 mm (exhaust); coil bind 24.90 mm; rate 10.50 lbs/mm.

Caution: above 7,600 rpm, the stock connecting rods must be reinforced, unless otherwise approved by the tuner. Above 8,000 rpm, consider converting to solid lifters.

Compatibility: Audi A6/A7 C7/C7.5 3.0 TFSI, Q5 B8/B8.5 3.0 TFSI, Q7 4L/4M 3.0 TFSI, RS5 B9/B9.5 2.9 TFSI, S4/S5 B8/B8.5/B9/B9.5 3.0 TFSI, S6/S7 C8 2.9 TFSI, SQ5 B8/B8.5/B9/B9.5 3.0 TFSI, SQ8 4M8 3.0 TFSI.
